SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICIES

Returns Policy


 

 

 

We are not responsible for any products damaged due to natural wear and tear of the product.  If the item arrives with a noticeable manufacturer defect, we must be notified within 24 hours of reciept of your shipment, of the noted defect (picture must be provided of defect) in order to recieve a replacement parcel.  These items are hand made and delicate, as such, natural wear and tear of the item might result in slight damage to the product.  Please try to treat our products delicatley and they will last long!

 

 

 

Also note, we are not responsible for knowing your country's customs restrictons or laws, we are not responsiblefor International parcels that are held/taken or lost by customs. 

 

 

 

Once we ship your order with tracking, we have then completed our side of the agreement and have no further responsibility for the parcel/package once it has been placed with the shipper/shipping service.

 

We will only accept returns of product if we are notified of an issue with the item within 24 hours of reciept of that item.  The items/package must be returned within 7 days in order to recieve a refund.  All refunds will have a deducted a 15% Re-stocking Fee included.

 


You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

 


 

Shipping is always a Flat Fee:

 

Domestic (US, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico):  $2.50 for Orders up to $50

 

International:  $4.00 for all parcels/orders up to $50.00

 

For orders over $50:  Ask about our best shipping rates for International/Domestic parcels
